Sports injuries from couch-to-5K to ultra-distance.
Lower-limb biomechanical assessment, gait analysis and orthoses for runners, walkers and athletes — whatever your sport, whatever your distance.
I run, I cycle, I walk long distances — and I see patients who do the same. Lower-limb injuries in sport rarely come from a single bad moment. They come from training load, footwear, biomechanics and recovery. The job is to identify which of those is in play, and to give you a clear plan.

The assessment
Custom orthoses help some athletes — particularly those with a clear biomechanical driver to their pain. They are not a fix for under-training, over-training, or running in worn shoes. We'll only fit them when there's a clear case.
