Hall Green Clinic

Hall Green Chiropody was founded in 2005. After two years working in the NHS, I decided to open a private Saturday clinic in my father's dental surgery. Over time, the client base has grown significantly, and a loyal group of regular patients has enabled me to expand the range of services and treatment options available.

Hollywood Clinic

Hollywood Clinic was established in 2017 with Hollywood Medical Practice as its base after I moved into the area. I'm very pleased to serve my local community as well as the Solihull and South Birmingham region as a whole. The clinic operates on a Friday but has quickly become established as the only regular podiatry service in the Hollywood/Wythall area.

Have Some Questions?

In the UK, Podiatry has replaced the term Chiropody to align with the internationally recognised name for foot specialists. A podiatrist is an expert in treating conditions affecting the foot and lower limb.
Podiatrists provide expert advice on preventing, managing, and treating foot and lower leg injuries. Their services range from simple tasks like nail cutting and removing hard skin or corns, to minor surgery for ingrown toenails. Issues such as back, hip, knee, and ankle pain can often result from flat feet, which can be addressed by improving foot posture with customised insoles.
A common misconception is that only elderly people need foot treatment. In reality, podiatrists treat individuals of all ages for a variety of foot-related issues.
There is no fixed time frame for visits to a podiatrist. During your first appointment, Mark will discuss what schedule works best for you. Some people visit as frequently as every six weeks, while others come in annually for a foot check-up. At AMP, everyone receives personalised care, with a treatment plan tailored to your specific needs.
At your first appointment, Mark will conduct a thorough assessment, including a detailed history of your condition and any relevant medical background. A physical examination of your foot and lower limb will follow to establish a clinical diagnosis, which Mark will fully explain to you. This will also give you the chance to discuss the issue and ask any questions you may have.
